Mango Lassi Chia Pudding

This is one of the prettiest chia puddings I've ever made!

No added sugars or dairy! This could be a Friday night dessert or a Saturday morning breakfast!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Cashew Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mnago

  • Chia Seeds

  • 1 TSP of Cardamom

  • 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients together

  • Add more fruit if you like it sweeter. You could even add 1/4 of a banana!

  • Layer in a mason jar with coconut, almonds and strawberries!
