Egg Scramble

✅1 cup Egg whites / Firm sprouted Tofu

✅1/4 cup 2 % milk

✅1/2 teaspoon oil ( avocado )

✅1 teaspoon cumin seeds

✅1/4 cup chopped onions

✅1 teaspoon curry leaves ( optional)

✅1 tbsp curry masala

✅2 tbsp English peas / peas

✅1 tbsp cilantro

✅Salt to taste


Eggs / egg whites is a great source of protein. 1 cup here has 30 gm protein. You can substitute this with tofu. This method helps to avoid dry scrambled eggs and keeps the moisture in.

The dish is under 15 mins and my fav to go to when in a pinch .

Protein - 33 gm
