✅Buttermilk / Yoghurt

✅1/2 banana

✅1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( optional)

✅1 cup frozen spinach

✅1/2 cup frozen berries

✅1 tbsp blueberry powder ( optional)

Blend away ❤️


Macros : Carbs - 38 gm

Protein - 40 gm

Fat - 3.2 gm
