Cinnamon Rolled Oats Chia Pudding

This is a great treat, breakfast, or snack!


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp tahini nut butter (any nut butter your Haert desires!)

  • 2 tbsp Lakanto monk fruit syrup (or any sweetener, but this one has zero calories)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla


Instructions:

  1. Mix oats, chia, and cinnamon powder with milk

  2. Once mixed smoothly, add vanilla and then nut butter

  3. Make sure it’s mixed thoroughly and there are no lumps

  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or overnight

  5. Top it with coconut cream or cashew yoghurt

  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!!
