Turmeric Saffron Ginger Infused Chia Pudding

I have eaten this pudding 3 days in a row💛

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup pistachio milk

  • 1 banana chopped/maple syrup/honey/stevia

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon clove powder

  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Heat the water in the microwave and then add all the spices. Stir to ensure they mix well.

  2. Then add your milk to this. Nut milk tends to disintegrate with heat and hence I find this way an easy way to mix spices smoothly.

  3. Add your chia seeds. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Add banana and let it sit at room temperature.

  5. Top it with saffron to make it extra special 🧡💛

  6. Enjoy!
