Peach and mango are the perfect combo! Here are a few reasons why I love chia puddings so much!

It’s a whole meal filled with good fats, complex carbohydrates and high protein
It’s so filling!! You will not be hungry for hours after
Stays in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
You can prepare them on the weekend
Versatile - you can add any fruit / any milk/ any nuts to dress it up
Great meal after a fast
2 Tbsp of chia has 6 gm protein, 8 gm of fiber and 7 gm of carb, no trans or saturated fat
Ingredients:
1 big or 2 small juicy peaches 🍑
1/2 cup cashew yoghurt
1/2 ripe mango chopped
2 tbsp flax milk (or soy milk)
2 tbsp Basil / Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon cardamom
Instructions:
Blend peach, yoghurt, milk and cardamom into a semi a smoothie form.
Add basil seeds.
Let it set in few hours.
Top it with chopped mangoes and a little more cardamom (can you tell I am obsessed with cardamom?)
