Are you craving for sugar? This recipe is a great option for refined sugar free almost dessert like dish. You can eat it for breakfast/lunch or dinner. It’s packed with complex carbs, good fats and high protein!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp of steel cut oats
1/2 cup flax milk
1 cup water
Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom - pinch
Nutmeg- pinch
Maple syrup flavoring (not maple syrup)
1 banana
2 dates
2 tbsp Tahini paste
Instructions:
Bring flax milk and water to a boil
Add spices and steel cut oats
Once the oats are almost cooked add half chopped banana
Chop the dates and add it to the oats. Let it cook
Switch off the heat and add 1 tbsp Tahini
Top it with remainder of the banana (I dry roasted them with cinnamon) and unsweetened coconut flakes! Enjoy!
