Mango Delight

Mango + chia pudding = happiness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of chia (mix well)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of stevia

  • Topping: fresh mango pulp and unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight

  2. Top it with fresh mango pulp (blended freshly cut mango in a blender) and unsweetened coconut for some crunch!
