Chocolate Oats Bowl

Chocolate weather!!! This weather calls for warm chocolate.... plant based milk!

Ingredients:

  • Plant based milk (I used half almond and half coconut)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp of steel cut oats

  • 1/4 chopped up banana

  • Toppings: banana, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Boil plant based milk with cardamom, cinnamon, steel cut oats, and cacao powder

  2. Add water as needed so it does not become too thick

  3. Cook until oats are cooked

  4. Add 1/4 chopped up banana

  5. Top it with 1/4 banana, sprinkles of cacao nibs, coconut shredded, and walnuts
