1) Fat free greek yoghurt 1/2 cup( can use plant based )
2)2 Tbsp cacao
3)1 tbsp chia seeds
4)1/2 cup milk ( flax here)
5)Raspberries/ any fruit (1/2cup)
6)Cacao nibs (1 tbsp)
7)Monk fruit extract / maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon
6)1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Whip yoghurt , vanilla and cacao to make it smooth.
Soak chia seeds , milk together
Layer it all
Sprinkle maple / monk fruit
