Cherry Coconut & Coffee Chia

As dreamy as it sounds it’s yummy and again all my favorites in one jar! Prep time <10 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of chia

  • 3-4 tbsp coffee drink

  • Frozen cherries

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Stir it again after about 30 minutes so chia does not settle, but mixes properly!

  3. I added 2 tbsp of this grain free espresso granola for crunch and 5 frozen cherries
