Ingredients:
2 tbsp steel cut oats
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Clove powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 apple chopped in small pieces
5-7 dried cherries chopped (raisins are better but I did not have them)
1/3 cup flax milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
1 tbsp granola or any other topping
1 tbsp walnuts
Instructions:
Boil water, add dry spices and steel cut oats. Let them cook for about 3-4 mins
Add chopped apple
Once apples are soft (2-3 min) add flax milk, cherries. Let it cook for another minute and then let it cool down
Pour it in a bowl and top it with any toppings your Haert desires!
Carrots, spices, walnuts and cherries / raisins makes it very carrot cake like!
