Caffeinated Chia Pudding

A meal and a caffeine boost all in one!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of almond coconut milk (unsweetened)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • pinch of cardamom

  • 1 banana (1/2 in the jar with the chia)

  • 4 tbsp of cold brewed coffee (I used Peet’s)

Instructions:

  1. Refrigerate it overnight

  2. Top it with banana and grain free espresso granola!
