Almond Chia Banana Blueberry Bowl

I just love chia puddings! They keep you full and taste so good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix all except blueberries and walnuts

  2. Once mixed top it with whatever your Haert desires!
