I just love chia puddings! They keep you full and taste so good!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp crushed walnuts
Instructions:
Mix all except blueberries and walnuts
Once mixed top it with whatever your Haert desires!
