Acerola Cherry Sorbet

Acerola cherries are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and antioxidants!

You can find these in the frozen section at Trader Joe's! Each frozen bag has 4 packets. Each packet has 30 calories over 1000 mg of vitamin C and no fat or sugar.


Ingredients:

  • Lettuce (either whole or chopped)

  • Micro greens

  • Bean sprouts

  • Cooked quinoa

  • Cucumber

  • Spicy lentils cooked with Thai green curry paste, cooked with 3 tbsp with vegetable stock (from Trader Joe's)

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 Kiwi


Sweet potato fries baked with chili lime spice@traderjoes. Baked at 400 degree for 35 min.


Instructions:

  1. Bake sweet potato fries with chili lime spice (from Trader Joe's) at 400°F for 35 minutes

  2. Meanwhile, cook quinoa and your spicy lentils with Thai green curry paste and vegetable stock

  3. Once everything is cooked, prepare either a bowl or a lettuce taco with all of your ingredients!
