Expanding my greens 🥬

Last Monday I made bokchoy and today I made dill.

Dill is low calorie green/ herb but rich in vitamin C, A, manganese, antioxidants and potassium.

Easy to cook. Both the stems and seeds are used for cooking . I have heard some controversy about eating dill during pregnancy and lactation ( I am unsure and going to look it up ). @drplantel@richamittalmd@flavors4wellnessmd@soulfoodsalon do you eat dill ? Have you heard of any controversy about this herb during pregnancy?
