Veggie Sandwich

A perfect veggie sandwich! I was craving sandwich today... Ezekiel bread is my favorite because it's high in fiber, high in protein (5 gm each slice), total carbs are 14 gm each slice and low fat, and only 80 calories each slice!

This was so yummy!! I don’t mind enjoying bread once in a while... especially a good low glycemic one!!


Let's Make Our Sandwich

  • Green cabbage: shredded and combined with 2 tbsp plain coconut yoghurt, chili lime spice, red pepper flakes, onion salt, and paprika. Mix together and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  • Toast your bread

  • One side has cabbage and the other has spinach, cucumber and Sriracha.

  • Enjoy!
