Vegan Omelette

I am a vegetarian and aspiring to be vegan! Hard because I like cakes, pies and ice creams.... Omelette is one of my all time fav breakfast meals!

This omelette is a vegan version which surprisingly was delicious!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chick pea / garbanzo flour

  • 1/4 chopped onion

  • 1/4 chopped tomatoes

  • 1 finely chopped green chili (seeded or deseeded)

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala (skip if you don’t have it)

  • 1-2 tbsp cilantro chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Pinch of baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. I used a spoon and a whisk to make it into a smooth batter.

  2. Spray oil on non stick pan and pour your batter. Cook on both sides.

  3. Enjoy!
