I am a vegetarian and aspiring to be vegan! Hard because I like cakes, pies and ice creams.... Omelette is one of my all time fav breakfast meals!

This omelette is a vegan version which surprisingly was delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup chick pea / garbanzo flour
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 chopped tomatoes
1 finely chopped green chili (seeded or deseeded)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala (skip if you don’t have it)
1-2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Salt to taste
Pinch of baking soda
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. I used a spoon and a whisk to make it into a smooth batter.
Spray oil on non stick pan and pour your batter. Cook on both sides.
Enjoy!
