Eat your greens with this delicious, creamy, vegan pasta!

This pasta is gluten free, dairy free, and oh-so yummy for a quick, easy dinner!
Ingredients for Pasta:
Cauliflower or Red Lentil Pasta
1-2 cups of arugula
1 cup of microgreens
2 TBSPN of hemp seeds
salt & pepper to taste
Ingredients for Sauce:
1/2 cup of cashews
1 avocado
Green chili (seeded or deseeded)
1 cup of cilantro
Instructions:
Cook pasta per box instructions (caution on over cooking - unlike traditional pasta this is more fragile)
Strain water
For your sauce, blend all ingredients with a little bit of water, then add your sauce to the pasta.
Mix it gently with fork
Add your greens
Adjust your salt and pepper
Top it with hemp seeds
