Great for lunch or dinner!

This bowl is full of complex carbs, protein and MUFAs (good fat)!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of boiled sweet potatoes flavored with Chili lime spice (From Trader Joe's)
1/2 cup boiled black beans (I used canned)
1 avocado chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onions
2 tbsp spicy hot salsa
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Layer all of the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
