Spicy Sweet Potato Bowl

Great for lunch or dinner!

This bowl is full of complex carbs, protein and MUFAs (good fat)!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of boiled sweet potatoes flavored with Chili lime spice (From Trader Joe's)

  • 1/2 cup boiled black beans (I used canned)

  • 1 avocado chopped

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions

  • 2 tbsp spicy hot salsa

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Layer all of the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
