Sweet potatoes are healthier than regular potatoes and are significantly lower in saturated fats (unhealthy fat) and more nutrient dense, especially in vitamin A! Baked sweet potatoes are also significantly healthier than deep fried.
Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Chili Lime Spice (From Trader Joe's)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F
Peel and chop sweet potatoes
Place them on an aluminum lined pan
Coat them with a little bit of olive oil
Sprinkle on Chili Lime Spice
Bake for 25-30 min and toss them halfway through so they get crispy all around!
