Rye Tahini Caramelized Banana

A great healthy twist on peanut butter jam/banana!

I love bread, but I make a mindful effort to eat a healthier bread. My favorite is this locally made Rye bread that has 10 gm of protein each slice, 15 gm of carb, 1 gm of fiber and a total of 90 calories.


Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of Rye bread toasted

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 1 banana sliced and roasted with cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of Hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of sweet cacao nibs

Instructions:

  • Layer your rye bread with tahini, banana and then sprinkle hemp and cacao nibs

  • Enjoy this as a dessert! Guilt free but no compromise on flavors.
