A great healthy twist on peanut butter jam/banana!

I love bread, but I make a mindful effort to eat a healthier bread. My favorite is this locally made Rye bread that has 10 gm of protein each slice, 15 gm of carb, 1 gm of fiber and a total of 90 calories.
Ingredients:
1 slice of Rye bread toasted
1 tbsp Tahini
1 banana sliced and roasted with cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of sweet cacao nibs
Instructions:
Layer your rye bread with tahini, banana and then sprinkle hemp and cacao nibs
Enjoy this as a dessert! Guilt free but no compromise on flavors.
