Raspberry Banana Oat Smoothie Bowl

This is a quick and yummy breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew yoghurt (or any yoghurt)

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • Pinch of cardamom

  • Toppings: fruits, unsweetened coconut, and pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Blend yoghurt, frozen banana, frozen raspberries, rolled oats, and a pinch of cardamom.

  2. Add your favorite toppings!
