This is a quick and yummy breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:
1 cup cashew yoghurt (or any yoghurt)
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp rolled oats
Pinch of cardamom
Toppings: fruits, unsweetened coconut, and pistachios
Instructions:
Blend yoghurt, frozen banana, frozen raspberries, rolled oats, and a pinch of cardamom.
Add your favorite toppings!
