This is an all in one bowl!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of quinoa
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
Toppings: 1/4 banana, 10-15 pistachios, 2-3 tbsp of coconut yogurt, mango
Instructions:
Cook your quinoa in water, cinnamon, and nutmeg
In a bowl or mason jar, add quinoa cooked with cinnamon and nutmeg and t top with banana, pistachios, coconut yogurt and mango!
