Quinoa Mango Bowl

This is an all in one bowl!

You have your share of healthy fats, carbs and protein!!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of quinoa

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

  • Toppings: 1/4 banana, 10-15 pistachios, 2-3 tbsp of coconut yogurt, mango

Instructions:

  • Cook your quinoa in water, cinnamon, and nutmeg

  • In a bowl or mason jar, add quinoa cooked with cinnamon and nutmeg and t top with banana, pistachios, coconut yogurt and mango!
