Quinoa Blueberry Bowl

An all in one bowl perfect to start your day!

Let's Make Our Bowl!

  • Cook 1 cup of quinoa in a combination of water, almond milk, and coconut milk for about 3 minutes

  • Once it starts to boil, add cinnamon and blueberries.

  • Reduce heat and let it cook covered for 15 minutes

  • Then add one mashed bananas, switch off the heat, and let the banana mix with the quinoa (you can substitute with any sweetener of your choice)

  • Once cooked, top it with your favorite toppings. I have one tablespoon of coconut yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 tbsp of rose petal raspberry jam and unsweetened coconut sprinkled! Enjoy!
