Protein Packed Salad

Simple protein and fiber packed meal under 15 min.

You can replace eggs with Tofu / chicken / fish or any other form of protein.


Ingredients:

@traderjoes cruciferous salad pack

Peanut butter 15 gm

Sweet chili sauce 1 teaspoon

Water 2-4 tbsp to loosen up the sauce

2 boiled eggs

Lemon zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon ( half on the salad and half in the dressing)
