Persimmon Breakfast Bowl

This by far is my favorite breakfast bowl!

This bowl has 16 gm of protein total and no added sugars! This could also be a great dessert option!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of fat free Greek yoghurt

  • Cinnamon and cardamom

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 ripe persimmon, chopped

  • Slivered almonds

  • Lime zest


Instructions:

  1. Whisk greek yoghurt, cinnamon and cardamom together

  2. Add chia seeds

  3. Top with persimmons, almonds, and lime zest

  4. Enjoy!
