This by far is my favorite breakfast bowl!
This bowl has 16 gm of protein total and no added sugars! This could also be a great dessert option!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of fat free Greek yoghurt
Cinnamon and cardamom
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 ripe persimmon, chopped
Slivered almonds
Lime zest
Instructions:
Whisk greek yoghurt, cinnamon and cardamom together
Add chia seeds
Top with persimmons, almonds, and lime zest
Enjoy!
