Maple Oats

Indian Chai (tea) and yummy oats with maple syrup! I combined the two and made Chai flavored steel cut oats with monk fruit derived maple syrup!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp steel cut oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
1-1 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 banana
Toppings of your choice
Maple syrup (sugar free) - I used the brand Birch Benders
Instructions:
Cook oats and spices in the water
Once it’s almost cooked add coconut milk and mashed up bananas
Add your toppings!
