Mango Oats Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of steel cut oats cooked with water and 1 ripe banana

Instructions:

  1. Take 1/4 of the cooked oats in a bowl

  2. Add 1/2 cup unsweetened flax milk and 1 tbsp yoghurt (I used cashew)

  3. Mix and top it with any fruit and nuts

  4. Sprinkle cardamom and cinnamon
