Healthy, protein packed, and delicious! Great for dinners!

Ingredients:
1 cup of quinoa washed
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 /2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup Garbanzo beans cooked
1 chopped Avocado
Instructions:
Cook Quinoa with water and all the ingredients listed except avocado
Top it with avocado
Optional: Add some spice! I added a spicy Indian lemon pickle and it was delish!!
