When I am around my kitchen I am always thinking of food! This chocolate pudding was a product of my intense cravings to eat something sweet!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp of quinoa flour
2 tbsp of flax meal
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 tbsp cacao unsweetened
1 teaspoon of cardamom
1 tbsp of Swerve xylitol (instead of sugar)
Toppings of your choice!
Instructions:
Boil milk and add all the ingredients
Adjust water as needed. Keep stirring.
Break up the quinoa lumps as much as you can. I cooked for about 10 min. I had to add more water to keep pudding consistency.
I topped it with pistachios, coconut flakes, and half a banana!
