Ingredients:
1 Cup of Frozen Spinach
1 Medium Banana
1 TBSP Crushed Flax Seeds
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Nut Butter
1/2 Cup of Plant Based Milk
Toppings of your choice!
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together
Top with toppings of your choice! I used kiwi, pistachios, hemp seeds, champagne grapes and spirulina crisps
