Green Goddess Bowl

Packed with saturated fats, protein, complex carbs, fiber, natural sugar from fruits! I fasted for about 15 hours and opening my fast with this beauty. Prep time is under 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Frozen Spinach

  • 1 Medium Banana

  • 1 TBSP Crushed Flax Seeds

  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 1 TBSP Nut Butter

  • 1/2 Cup of Plant Based Milk

  • Toppings of your choice!

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients together

  • Top with toppings of your choice! I used kiwi, pistachios, hemp seeds, champagne grapes and spirulina crisps
