Healthy sweets for your cravings!

Ingredients:
4 tbsp flax meal
2 tbsp almond meal
1-2 tbsp coconut powder / flour
1/2 cup of milk of your choice - I used coconut
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp monk fruit / honey / maple syrup
Raspberry jam (1 cup frozen raspberries cooked with water and 1/4 tbsp stevia, honey, or maple syrup)
Fruit of your choice
Nuts of your choice
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil
Add almond meal and coconut flour - cook for a minute and then add flax meal
Add milk and spices. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes
Add your sweetener and let it cook. Flax makes it gel like so adjust your liquids accordingly
Top it with the jam, fruits and nuts!
