Grain Free Porridge

Healthy sweets for your cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flax meal

  • 2 tbsp almond meal

  • 1-2 tbsp coconut powder / flour

  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice - I used coconut

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp monk fruit / honey / maple syrup

  • Raspberry jam (1 cup frozen raspberries cooked with water and 1/4 tbsp stevia, honey, or maple syrup)

  • Fruit of your choice

  • Nuts of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Add almond meal and coconut flour - cook for a minute and then add flax meal

  3. Add milk and spices. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes

  4. Add your sweetener and let it cook. Flax makes it gel like so adjust your liquids accordingly

  5. Top it with the jam, fruits and nuts!
