Creamy Oat Tahini Banana Pudding

Cooler temperatures call for warm, sticky gooey comforting oats! Like me if you crave for sweet but healthy this one is for you


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp cup of steel cut oats

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 1/2 teaspoon date syrup

  • 5/6 walnuts crushed

  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon clove powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder


Instructions:

  1. Boil water with all the dry spices- cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and clove.

  2. Add oats and lower the heat.

  3. Cook the oats, add mashed up or sliced bananas 🍌 to this.

  4. Adjust your water as the oats soak up the water. You can even add milk to make it creamier.

  5. Once cooked switch off the heat and serve it in a bowl.

  6. Top it with nut butter (I love the taste of Tahini), date syrup, coconut and walnuts!

This makes your sweet tooth dance with joy!!
