Chocolate peanut banana pudding


🍫2 tbsp chia seeds

🍫1/2 Cup plant based milk

🍫1 scoop chocolate flavored protein powder

🍫1/2 banana 🍌 (sweetener) you can always substitute this with any other sweetener

🍫2 tbsp peanut powder - same flavor as peanut butter but half the fat. Protein 8 gm in both but Fat 16 gm vs 2 gm ( powder)

🍫Monk fruit flavored chocolate chips


Mix all of the above and refrigerate.

🍫carb - 38 gm

🍫Fat 15.2 gm

🍫 Protein 40 gm


I eat this as my breakfast / snack / dessert 🍫
