The perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of nut butter (I used Tahini)
1/4 cup cacao
1 tsp cardamom
5-6 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 walnuts chopped
Instructions:
Mash up the bananas, add tahini, mix thoroughly.
Add oats, chia seeds, cardamom, cacao and mix
Preheat the oven the 325 degrees fahrenheit
Bake them for 15 minutes
Let them cool and enjoy with some tummy Indian chai!
