Chocolate Almond Coconut Banana Bread

Refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and egg free!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 2 tbsp flax meal

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 4 ripe mashed bananas




Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F

  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, unsweetened cocoa, and cinnamon powder

  3. Add 4 tbsp of water to flax meal and let it gel. Once it becomes gel like add it to the mashed bananas along with oil.

  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Mix it nicely to make it into dough like structure.

  5. Spray coconut oil in a bread pan. Place the dough in it and press gently. Tap the container to take the air out.

  6. I added 1/2 banana on the top with chocolate chips

  7. Bake it at 375°F for 25 minutes

  8. Insert a skewer to make sure it comes out clean.

  9. Top it with nut butter/maple syrup or fruit if you want. You can simply eat just like that!
