Chocolate Addict Protein Bowl

This has 16 grams of protein!


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 piece of organic sprouted tofu

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 3 tbsp of peanut powder (same protein as peanut butter but less fat)

  • 2 tbsp wheat germ

  • 1 tbsp Cacao

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup flax milk (unsweetened)

  • Spices: nutmeg(1 teaspoon), cinnamon (1 teaspoon), cardamom (1 teaspoon)

  • Toppings: half of a fresh banana, wheat germ and 1 teaspoon of unsweetened coconut flakes


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together, pour into a bowl, and add your toppings! Enjoy!
