This has been my lunch for the last 3 days!

A new twist to your traditional Guacamole!
Ingredients:
2 avocados 🥑
1 lemon
2 tbsp of cilantro
1 teaspoon chili lime spice (From Trader Joe's)
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
1 Slice of Toast (My favorite - local bread company called Mediterra bake house)
Instructions:
Mash up your avocados, add lemon juice, cilantro, spice and pomegranate seeds
Add any other toppings your Heart desires! I also topped mine with hemp seeds and pistachios for added texture and nutrition
