Cauliflower Mango Yoghurt Bowl

I could eat this everyday!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup of frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • Cardamom

  • Toppings: lime zest (makes it taste like key lime), chia seeds, blueberries and raspberries

Instructions:

  1. Blend cauliflower, mango, coconut yoghurt, almond milk, and cardamom

  2. Top with lime zest, chia seeds, blueberries, and raspberries
