Cauliflower rice is a great substitute for oats!
Delish, softer texture compared to oats. Cauliflower smell might be slightly annoying to some but I did not mind it. This may not be for everyone but I will be making it again!!
Ingredients:
3 cups of cauliflower rice
2 ripe bananas
1-2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoon of cinnamon (this will mask that weird cauliflower smell)
1 teaspoon cardamom (helps cinnamon mask the smell)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
1/2 pear or any other fruit your Haert desires!
Instructions:
Cook cauliflower rice with milk and all the spices
Stir and when it’s soft add mashed up bananas
Add more cinnamon if needed
Once cooked add your toppings!
