Build The Perfect Summer Salad

Ever wonder what to include in your salad? Look no further! This is the formula I use to build all of my salads!

Make delicious and nutritious salads with minimal effort using fresh ingredients!


Ingredients:

  • Greens: arugula, spinach, kale, mixed greens

  • Crunch: cucumber (I prefer Persian), carrots, snap peas, celery, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli

  • Fruits: Berries, peaches, apples, grapefruit, orange, mangoes, plums

  • Protein: Edamame, Peas, Corn, Black beans, Tofu, Chicken, shrimp

  • Grain: Quinoa, Farro

  • Other elements: beets, artichokes, Avocado, tomatoes

  • Nuts: cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, macadamia

  • Dressing of your choice!


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add dressing and mix thoroughly

  3. Enjoy!
