Make delicious and nutritious salads with minimal effort using fresh ingredients!
Ingredients:
Greens: arugula, spinach, kale, mixed greens
Crunch: cucumber (I prefer Persian), carrots, snap peas, celery, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli
Fruits: Berries, peaches, apples, grapefruit, orange, mangoes, plums
Protein: Edamame, Peas, Corn, Black beans, Tofu, Chicken, shrimp
Grain: Quinoa, Farro
Other elements: beets, artichokes, Avocado, tomatoes
Nuts: cashews, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, macadamia
Dressing of your choice!
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl
Add dressing and mix thoroughly
Enjoy!
