Blueberry Tahini Almond Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is exactly what I needed to satisfy my soul and made under 5 minutes!



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp tahini (or any other nut butter)

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 drop of vanilla

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients together

  • Add your favorite toppings! I topped mine with dried mulberries, hemp and goji berries

Nutrition:

  • Blueberries: rich in fiber (4gm in 1 cup), vitamin C, K and manganese, flavonoids (anti oxidants)

  • Hemp seeds: contains as much protein as soy beans, complete source of protein meaning they provide all 9 essential amino acids, great source is omega 3 fatty acids (good fat), fiber rich (1.2 gm in 3 tbsp), rich in vitamin B, E, Magnesium and potassium
