This bowl is exactly what I needed to satisfy my soul and made under 5 minutes!

Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp tahini (or any other nut butter)
1 tbsp unsweetened almond yoghurt
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 drop of vanilla
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together
Add your favorite toppings! I topped mine with dried mulberries, hemp and goji berries
Nutrition:
Blueberries: rich in fiber (4gm in 1 cup), vitamin C, K and manganese, flavonoids (anti oxidants)
Hemp seeds: contains as much protein as soy beans, complete source of protein meaning they provide all 9 essential amino acids, great source is omega 3 fatty acids (good fat), fiber rich (1.2 gm in 3 tbsp), rich in vitamin B, E, Magnesium and potassium
