Blueberry Oats Bowl

Simple, delicious, healthy, fiber packed, filling and so easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water

  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp granola

  • Fruit to add on the top

Instructions:

  1. Cook steel cut oats with water and cinnamon

  2. Once almost cooked add blueberries and cook until they give this bluish color to your oats.

  3. Add coconut milk for extra creaminess.

  4. Pour it in a bowl and top it with granola/nuts/fruit

  5. I added granola (1 tbsp) and leftover fruit salad (2 tbsp) on top
