Get two servings of vegetables with this recipe!

This recipe makes 3 servings!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp steel cut oats
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 chopped mangoes
1 /2 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 - 2 cups water
1/2 cup Cashew milk
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Boil water, spices, banana and steel cut oats.
When the water starts to boil add zucchini and carrots. Keep stirring intermittently.
When the steel cut oats are almost cooked, add frozen blueberries and cook it for 2-3 min more.
Switch off the heat and let it cool
Top it with your favorite toppings. I added hemp seeds and mango!
