Banana Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Perfect for weekend breakfasts and brunches!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of fat free Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup low carb fat free milk

  • 1/3 rd frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp wheat germ

  • 1/2 tbsp low fat peanut powder

  • A pinch of cinnamon and cardamom for taste!

  • Toppings: chia, peanuts and 1 teaspoon of mango puree (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together and then add your toppings! Enjoy!
