Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together
