Avomayonnaise Open Face Sandwich

What is your comfort food? Mine is FOOD in general... but I love my carbs, especially bread!


Let's Make a Homemade Mayo (Avomayonnaise):

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 raw green mango

  • 1/2-1 Serrano chili

  • 1/2 lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • Blend all the above with 1-2 tbsp water. Adjust your spices according to your taste!

What makes it yummy is the sweet sour taste of mangoes, spice of Serrano and lemon juice. It’s like if mango salsa and Guacamole had a baby!


Instructions:

  1. Layer your favorite bread with avomayonnaise, a veggie burger (I get mine from Trader Joe's), cucumber, and whatever else your Haert desires! Yum!
