Avocado Toast

A quick, healthy and filling breakfast or snack.

I never get sick of avocado toast and there's so many ways to make it delicious! This recipe is my new favorite!


Ingredients:

  • Bread: European Style Whole Grain Bread

  • For the Guacamole:

    • 1 avocado

    • 1/4 jalapeño chopped

    • 1/2 lemon juiced

    • 4-5 cherry tomatoes

    • 1 teaspoon or A L’OLIVIER’s Mangue / Mango Pulp Vinegar (sweet n' tart - Found at Whole Foods)

    • 2 tablespoons of cilantro chopped

    • A sprinkle of chili lime spice (Found at Trader Joe's)


Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients for the guacamole

  2. Layer it on the bread and top it with hemp seeds and enjoy!
