Acerola Cherry Sorbet

Acerola cherries are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and antioxidants!

You can find a bag of frozen acerola cherries at Trader Joe's! Each frozen bag has 4 packets. Each packet has 30 calories over 1000 mg of vitamin C and no fat or sugar.


Let's Make Our Sorbet!

  1. Blend one packet with 1/2 cup almond yoghurt (unsweetened) and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

  2. Top it with whatever your Heart desires! I topped mine with chopped figs and crushed cashews

This is the perfect dessert with a powerful dose of vitamin C!!
